Ms. Chhaya Bhardwaj's research focuses on Environmental Law, Public International Law, Information Laws, International Dispute Settlement Mechanism. She completed her LL.M. from Vermont Law School, United States of America after receiving Environmental Law Scholar Award. She has widely presented in India and Internationally on various national and international environmental law issues. She is an independent consultant for environmental legal issues and human rights nationally and internationally.
She has worked as India Researcher with Climate Tracker. She received United Nations Fellowship, 2017 and completed her fellowship successfully as an international diplomat. She has received Best Research Paper awards from the Law Commission of India and in International Conference on Environmental Laws.
