AILET B.A.LL.B 2025: Negative Marking

Applicants need to be aware about the negative marking criteria in AILET examination. Candidates may be penalized with -0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.

AILET B.A.LL.B 2025: Tie-breaking rule

Candidates must be aware with the tie-breaking procedure for the AILET 2025 B.A.LL.B.. Hence, we are with such detail:

  • In case, if two or more applicants receive identical scores on the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET), their merit will be assessed based on who performed better in the AILET 2025's logical reasoning part.
  • The applicant who is older will be given precedence if the merits remain the same. The computerized drawing of lots will be taken into consideration if the merit remains unchanged.
