The Corporate Law Cell at Lloyd Law College is committed to providing students with a strong foundation in corporate law, preparing them for the challenges of the corporate legal world. Our primary objective is to deliver high-quality education, practical experience, and research opportunities in the field of corporate law. We aim to equip our students with the skills and knowledge required to excel in this dynamic domain.

We achieve this by offering a well-rounded curriculum that covers key aspects of corporate law, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities regulation. Through this, we strive to foster critical thinking and problem-solving abilities among our students.

The Corporate Law Cell also facilitates practical exposure by organizing internships, workshops, and seminars, enabling students to apply their learning in real-world settings. Additionally, we emphasize legal research and scholarship, encouraging students to explore contemporary issues in corporate law.

We aim to create a supportive community that fosters networking and collaboration among our members. Through various events and conferences, we aim to gconnect students with legal practitioners and experts, promoting insightful discussions and the exchange of ideas.

• Lectures and Workshops: The cell invites esteemed alumni, legal professionals, and experts to deliver lectures on the latest developments and trends in corporate law. Our workshops cover market-centric areas and are conducted by experienced legal practitioners.
• Career Guidance: The cell aims at facilitating post-lecture sessions where students can interact with alumni and gain valuable insights into career opportunities, internships, and recruitment in the corporate legal field.
• Bulletin and Publications: The cell publishes a monthly bulletin that provides updates on domestic and international developments related to commercial law. We also offer opportunities for students to contribute articles and research papers to our publications.
• Certificate Courses: The cell organizes certificate courses on relevant topics, especially related to the corporate laws such as Competition Laws, Taxation, Mergers and Acquistions etc. and special lectures to equip students with specialized knowledge.
• Collaboration with Legal Centers: The cell looks at collaborations with organisations such as FICCI, other federations, ILI, judicial / quasi judicial bodies such as CCI which organizes legal workshops / seminars with law schools as part of their legal advocacy program. Look for similarly other organisations / collaborations for corporate lectures / events.
