Biography

Ms Neha Singh is pursuing her Ph.D. from Sharda University, Greater Noida. She has completed her LL. B.& LL.M. from BharatiVidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune. She has a specialization in Business Law. Ms. Neha has also done a Diploma in Corporate Law from Asian School of Cyber Laws, Pune. Recently She also completed One year Post- Graduate Diploma in Forensic Documentation at Lloyd Institute of Forensic Science (Affiliated to the National Forensic Sciences University Gandhinagar, Gujarat). She has qualified UGC-NET. She has various research publications and paper presentations to her credit. She has co-authored one book as well as contributed chapters in different books. She has also written various articles for the College newspaper. Ms Neha has coordinated various workshops and organized various national and international seminars and conferences. She has also conducted various legal aid programs in rural areas.

Vision

My vision is to inspire the students so that they can develop self-confidence in themselves. There has to be a learning environment amongst the students where they can learn from each other. Teaching is the best platform by which we can engage their creative mind through various methods like presentations, and group discussions and by providing practical exposure to them. It increases the chances for the students to excel in their future

Roles and Responsbilites

  • Ms. Neha has an impressive career as an Assistant Professor at Lloyd Law College. She teaches various Law subjects to undergraduate students enrolled in the 5-year (B.A.LL.B.) and 3-year Law (LL.B.) programs. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she has also taken on a leadership role as the Coordinator of the Round Table Conference on the Reservation of seats for women in Parliament and State Legislature in collaboration with Pranab Mukherjee Foundation.
  • Ms. Neha has been an active participant in various International and National seminars and conferences, and she has also acted as a Faculty Coordinator and Organizer of Winter School on Privacy and Public Laws. Furthermore, she works as an Assistant Editor for the Journal Lloydians: Student Law review of Lloyd Law College.
  • Ms. Neha is committed to providing guidance to her students, and she has supervised them in various Moot Competitions and research paper Research Writing / Publications. She has also acted as an External Examiner for practical examinations at various colleges. Additionally, she has organized various online certificate courses, teaching sessions, and guest lectures.
